1 1/4 C sugar
1/2 C margarine
1 C banana pulp (abt 2 bananas)
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
4 Tbs sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C flour
Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat eggs and add to creamed mixture. Add Bananas. Dissolve soda in sour cream and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Grease bread pan and flour. Cook at 350 for about 1 hour (or until toothpick comes out clean).
I usually double most things, so I doubled this and put it in a 9X13 pan and made a cake with it. I topped it with homemade cream cheese frosting!
