Great Depression Cooking!

One of my newly found favorite blogs, The Simple Dollar, posted this YouTube video of this great lady named Clara; she shares some of her knowledge and ideas from the great depression. I think she is tons of fun, so I am excited to try some of her recipes. I haven't tried this one yet, but I plan on it. For the next few Monday's I'd like to share some of them with you.
