Bacon Fried Rice

This recipe came from my favorite cook Billie at the Chateau Isabella, Beazer, Canada. She is the most amazing fun lady and wonderful cook. Thanks Billie!

1/2 lb bacon (cut up)
3-4 carrots (grated)
1/2 medium onion (diced)
3-4 cups cooked rice

Fry bacon until done but not crisp. Add onion; cook until tender. Add carrots and stir for about one minute. Add rice and mix well.

Serve with soy sauce.

Without rice!
