1/2 lb hamburger
2 small cans mushrooms
3/4 cup olives
1 can Chunky Vegetable Spaghetti Sauce
1 cup Alfredo sauce
12 oz dry penne pasta
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Brown hamburger and season with salt and pepper.
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Heat Spaghetti and Alfredo sauce together. Add mushrooms, olives and cooked hamburger (I had some left over veggies that I added as well, if were wondering about some of the pictures). Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. Toss in pasta and top with remaining cheese.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
