My sister in the mid-west sent me this recipe.
They are very sweet and rich. Make sure you've got some milk to go with them. ;)
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup rice crispies
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or chunks
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or white chocolate as I did)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and dry cake mix. Mix well.
Add rice crispies, butterscotch chips, milk chocolate, semi-sweet and nuts.
Spoon onto cookies sheet about 1 1/2 - 2 inches apart. Cook at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to sit in pan for two minutes before removing to wire rack or counter.
