Easy Skillet Pasta

1/2 lb ground beef
3 cups pasta (suggested mostaccioli) but I'd use whatever you feel like
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp sugar (optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 jar/can spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Brown meat in a large skillet, drain excess fat.

Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and stir in pasta, cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.

This is before the cheese was placed on top!

Sir in sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses, cover and allow cheese to melt for about 3 minutes.

Serve in the skillet!
