2 large chicken breasts - cubed, thawed and trimmed
5-6 med red potatoes - cubed
Cook chicken in large frying pan, with butter, and add potatoes for the last few minutes.
Place chicken and potatoes in a casserole dish and combine the following in the frying pan and let simmer for 3-5 minutes, whisking frequently.
1/4 C. Butter
3 T Lemon juice
3 T Minced dried onion
1/2 T Rosemary
1/4 T Thyme
1/4 T Sage
3/4 t garlic salt
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
2/3 Cup 1/2&1/2 or whipping cream
Sprinkle for the last few minutes of baking
1/2 C fresh Parmesan cheese
Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables and cover.

Bake at 350 approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours until bubbly and potatoes are fairly soft.
